No breakfast Location was good The desk lady was very nice

Clothes had to hang in bathroom but they had no hangers Bathtub floor was slippery The water ran out of spout more then the shower head This was a suite!!

The little town of Bluffton was booked up this weekend and and America's Best was my only choice. I was cautiously optimistic I wasn't really sure what to expect for the price. But once I got there and saw the outside and then was impressed with how well the inside was very well maintained. For the price it's the best value I think I've ever had.

It was an overnight to visit a friend. It was okay for one night. Check in was nice. Hotel furnishings were dated but seemed clean. We were updated to a suite which was nice to chat with a friends later. The kitchette had some glassware, tableware, sink, refrigerator and microwave. The negative was a musty smell for which we immediately turned on the a/c. These had obviously been smoking rooms at one time. Not good for people with allergies.

"Terrible"

This place is run by foreigners. The service is horrible. Don't stay at this place! Berne, Indiana is just a short distance, and they have a nice, locally-owned motel. Even if you need extra towels, they gripe. The breakfast is a joke. This place has changed for the worse since it was purchased. What a shame!

Room was slightly outdated and musty, shower didn't not drain property and standing lamps were used to cover stains/burn holes. Linen was clean though, staff was very friendly and fridge worked so that was great!
