Courtyard Seattle Downtown / Pioneer Square

The Maintenance man who moved us to another room was very polite.

Whete do I start. The security at main door never acknowledged us, looking at their phones ir asleep. Even left us struggling with 3 suitcases and smirked! Had to change room...dirty, tired, fridge dirty, water from fridge over carpet... reception couldn't give a hoot... told to use Google Recommendations!!!

Front desk staff were amazing! Good walking distance to stadiums. Rooms were good size for price.

We had issues with the key cards to our room a technician had to come and fix it. Parking is not the best.

Lets start this off by saying first impressions was alright but when we had to use vallet parking a 81$ because there is no public parking make sure you add that to your price of the stay. Once in our room, ( which were nice) we noticed hour beautiful view of an alley with homeless people let's just say they were doing more than a walk in the park. If I wanted my kids to see that I would have went to a peep show. Family then left to go to our destination upon arrival back to room we heard a man yelling, so back to our beautiful view of an alley we go to see a man lighting up and screaming at the top of his lungs with no one around. With that said last time im at this destination. Stay was 3/31/26 it will definitely be unforgettable.

We did not get a chance to eat in the hotel. But everything was good accommodations. I would come stay again.

The hotel and room was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful

No fan in the bathroom. Not a fan of that ultra thin tissues and toilet paper

Perfect location to the light rail, which is how we travel to Seattle for Mariner games. We had a lovely meal at the hotel. Which is a very good value for price paid. My pasta rigatoni was so good.

There is nothing to complain about regarding the Courtyard by Marriott.

There was complimentary coffee, and the the room was pretty comfy

It took forever to get our truck from Valet, and the pillows in the bed were not comfortable, felt like my head kept going right through them.

Nous avons pris une chambre pour 3 personnes, nous avons eu des retards de train, et sommes arrivés vers 23.00. Le lit supplémentaire n'était pas fait. Nous avons du redescendre a l'accueil et attendre que quelqu'un apporte les draps etc.... après encore une relance a l'accueil. C'est dommage. Le lit supplémentaire était inconfortable, très dur.
