Some of the staff were nice, good pool and gym

Although it may seem on the cheaper side they charge a lot at the resort, food was expensive and bad. You get one free bottle of water a day and are charged any extra. I got a tiny amount of clothes washed while I was there which would usually cost about $4 in Bali. They came back to me after and tried to charge me $54. I said I wasn’t okay to pay this and spoke to the manager who then got in my face yelling at me infront on my two young kids, made them cry. I would never ever recommend this place.

The staff were very good and friendly

Firstly, the hotel has seen better days (three hundred years ago). 1) buffet breakfast very poor - we arrived at 10 (it finished at 11), nothing was replenished and the food that was there was poor. 2) Very clean, but very very old and dated, so many holes and cracks everywhere. 3) The bed felt like a bag of springs, I literally hurt my back on the bed it’s so uncomfortable. 4) laundry cost an absolute fortune relative to the hotel, to wash our clothes would nearly have cost more than the entire stay. Honestly overall, it’s okay, they have good intentions, but if I could go back , I would spend the extra money for a decent place.
