Great price friendly staff

Das Hotel, allerdings nur von außen.

Leider wurden wir bereits bei der Ankunft von einer wortkargen, eher unfreundlichen Mitarbeiterin begrüßt. Zudem wies sie uns statt der gebuchten Studio-Suite ein Zimmer (mit Whirlpool direkt neben dem Bett) zu, das wir so nicht gebucht hatten. Auf die Frage, ob wir ein Zimmer der von uns gebuchten Kategorie bekommen können, wies sie uns harsch zurück und meinte nur, das Hotel wäre ausgebucht. Nach kurzer Überlegung und aufgrund des geplanten Aufenthalts von drei Nächten, entschieden wir uns das Hotel sofort zu wechseln. Unsere Stornierung beeindruckte die Mitarbeiterin am Check-in in keiner Weise und wickelte den Vorgang, wieder sehr wortkarg, ab.

Breakfast included Clean room, comfortable bed

It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was great, my kids loved it.

The pool could have been larger. It was tiny and when a lot of guests swim there isn’t much room

This property isn’t too far from the beach but it’s not walking distance.

The entire experience while being there was not the best experience. Do not recommend someone booking this place to stay. It was not the cleanest, breakfast did not stay stocked, took cold showers because the water took forever to get warm. When I got the room it was dirty and gross and then they showed us another room and it smelled like mold and I was like, no. So they changed the dirty sheets that had mold and blood on them and the mattress was stained and gross we ended up staying in the original room because they said they would not refund the whole stay we would loose one night of stay which was $200. Offered to stay that one night so we did not loose $200 and they could refund the rest and they would not do that either. Staff were not that friendly.
