Pathetic hotel. We checked in evening and found Wash basin in 2 rooms choked, plumber will be available only next morning. Another room had water leakage from WC. Another room was claustrophobic! And these are supposed to be premium rooms which are better than their club room.

The property was good—actually excellent. It was very clean, and the reception staff were polite and courteous. However, there is a major issue with responsiveness. They are very slow to respond on the intercom. If you order any medicines or sanitary napkins , delivery is not allowed inside the property, and you have to go outside to collect them yourself. Even the guard refused to collect the package at the gate. In an emergency situation, it would be very difficult to rely on any timely support from them.

I ordered a sanitary napkin from Blinkit, but the security guard denied entry to the delivery person. I requested the guard to check the package and assured him that there was nothing inappropriate, yet he completely refused. I even asked if the delivery could be left at the gate so I could collect it within 5–10 minutes, but he still declined. He spoke in a very rude manner and said, “Samajh nahi aata, outsiders not allowed.”

The washroom was clean, the shower worked fine, and towels were fresh and available. Water was always provided. Ayush made sure everything was taken care of properly and managed well. The ambience was calm and comfortable. Facilities were properly maintained and everything worked fine. The overall maintenance of the property was good. The location was convenient. The stay felt worth the price.

I had a really comfortable and pleasant stay overall. The room was clean, spacious, and well maintained, and the bed was very comfortable which helped me rest properly. Housekeeping did a good job every day, keeping everything neat and maintaining proper cleanliness and hygiene throughout my stay. The washroom was clean, the shower worked perfectly, and fresh towels were always provided along with enough water. I also requested an iron once and it was provided without any hassle. The ambience of the place felt calm and relaxing, which made the experience even better. Facilities were well maintained and everything was in good working condition. The location was convenient and easy to access, which added to the overall comfort. In terms of value for money, it felt completely worth it. Overall, it was a smooth and satisfying experience with good comfort, proper maintenance, and a pleasant environment.
