"Rustic Charm in La Paz"

Clean, spacious, great location. Some odd noises from the water pumps and some occasional odors in the toilet. Service was excellent. Lots of nice seating areas with an sea view. Honor bar. Multi-level security makes the hotel safe. Friendly staff

Occasional stink. Lots of stairs. Much more to like than dislike. A bit pricey

Great location on the Malecon in La Paz, beautiful ocean view from our top floor suite, bougainvillea everywhere, friendly staff, 2 excellent restaurants on site

The friendly, accommodating staff. Christian, Lupida, Laura went out of their way to be helpful. The location was superb. Loved the terrace and my balcony. Very good breakfast. I splurged on the suite but it was worth every penny. It was nice to have the honor system lounge for a cold cerveza after a long walk:) Appreciated the water and snacks available at no cost.

The air conditioner and ceiling fan were a bit on the noisy side when trying to sleep. Roosters next door were a slight distraction. The water never warmed up in the shower.

"Größte Enttäuschung unserer Reise"

Frühstück, die Lage und die Dachterrasse waren gut

3 Tage kein warmes Wasser und keine Kommunikation bzw Lösungsvorschläge seitens des Hotels. Für den Preis in Summe eine absolute Frechheit und das schlechtste Hotel unsere gesamten Reise - dabei dachten wir bei den guten Bewertungen und Bildern uns etwas über Weihnachten zu gönnen. Das Zimmer war zudem modrig, auch nach Tagen sind Badesachen nicht getrocknet. Der Boden klebte, auch nach anscheinend täglicher Reinigung keine Besserung. In Summe eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung. Update: Nach hin und her zwischen Booking und dem Hotel haben wir eine Teilerstattung fuer die Tage ohne warmes Wasser bekommen, immerhin, daher habe ich die Bewertung etwas hochgesetzt

Our junior suite was an absolutely magnificent room. We also loved the location on the malecon (yet not too noisy!), the wonderful breakfast, and sitting out on the communal terrace looking out at the sea.
