Good location and clean

Air conditioner was noisy & bed pillows a bit soft

Very friendly, thank you for the upgrade. That was great.

Wish the room had a coffee machine or ar best be able to get one at the office.

The price was a good value for Southampton and the staff has always been very nice and accommodating.

The bed linens could use updating.

Room was spacious and the bathroom was excellent.

I couldn't use the pool because without a railing or banister, I could not get out of the pool. Also, the room was not brightly lit enough. Finally, the bed was soft.

Exactly as described. Not super high end but very clean and had all the functionality I needed. Wi-Fi was good, bed was comfortable, area is quiet, staff was lovely, room was big and spotless. And I got upgraded to a suite, which had a large and nice sitting area.

Nice people very helpful!

I realise the location is prime but for the price a nicer finished room with a nicer view would been welcome and actually expected.
