I sent request to the hotel. they promised to reply after golden week, but they still keep silence in spite of my regular reminders. I also send a claim to booking.com, but just receiving automatic replies that somebody will contact me in 24 hours. Hope this message will be visible by somebody who will help to solve this problem.

KZAmazing hospitality, very quiet rooms, great room service. Location is fantastic. Reception employees did their best to accommodate my needs and requests. I will stay here again 100%.

ITComodissima per la metro che si trova davanti all’ingresso e trovi diversi ristoranti in zona compreso mercato notturno L’hotel e comodo con una buona e variata colazione.
Purtroppo il personale non parla inglese e comunicare con loro diventa molto difficile. Noi purtroppo abbiamo avuto un esperienza poco piacevole perché al check in ci hanno detto che la colazione è pagata solo per una persona (assurdo visto che abbiamo prenotato una matrimoniale per due) e dopo vari tentativi abbiamo deciso di pagare la seconda e in seguito ho chiesto l’intervento di Booking assistance che fortunatamente hanno risposto velocemente e i soldi sono stati rimborsati. Per il resto consiglio la struttura per qualche gg a Shenzhen
