Bagno poco curato e dettagli da mettere a posto per un 4 stelle. La colazione un disastro: -colonna per entrare, personale non sufficiente per sta dietro a tutti, pulizia scarsa con vespe e mosche morte alle finestre…

Zimmer sehr gross und gut eingerichtet, der Speisesal

das Personal machte zumeist einen unqualifizierten und unfreundlichen Eindruck. Wir wollten das Abendessen einnehmen, wurden jedoch lange nicht beachtet und dann unfreundlich angesprochen. Wir haben dann den Speisesahl wieder verlassen und extern gegessen. Bei der Abrechnung herrschte auch ein Durcheinander, ein Zimmer war nur für eine Nacht auf der Abrechnung.

Bogate i smaczne śniadania. Przestronne i dobrze wyposażone pokoje. Profesjonalna obsługa.

Nienajlepiej wyglądające podłogi w pokojach i jadalni, ale to drobnostka która nie wpływa na satysfakcję z wyjazdu.

grosszügiges Frühstück im schönen Kaisersaal. Schönes Zimmer, gute Betten. Nahe beim Bahnhof und doch ruhig. Wir hatten ein Problem mit den Ebikes. Der dafür vorgesehene Skiraum war nur über eine Treppe erreichbar. Aber der Chef persönlich übernahm den "Transport" morgens uns abends. Nochmals vielen Dank!

"Comfortable stay but could do with more staff!"

Comfortable room and staff were very friendly. Great location in the middle of Samedan.

Definitely need more staff - wait time at breakfast and the bar were high - felt sorry for the 2 members of staff trying to keep up. Parking is also very limited.
