The view was good.

Wifi doesn’t work. Walls were dirty. No towels for 3rd bedrooms No bath mats each bathrooms Bed frame were wear and tear so should Atleast cover it with bed Valance. No lamps in third room. Just so so. Tried to call reception no answer

Stunning spot beautiful bed and pillows everything was so well done quality couches kitchen appliances .

When I booked photos had water view looking over inlet part of turtle boardwalk but we looked over yachts which was still lovely but had a road and and cars ect in front of room . I think this needs to be more specific when booking .

Comfortable king size beds. The shampoo and conditioner was good. Close to bicentennial walk. We also appreciated the laundry facilities and free parking.

Didn’t feel that the apartment was clean: dirty dishes, tiles made our feet go black, dusty and bench tops in kitchen, bathroom, bed side tables, and coffee table were not wiped over. The view we had was not like the picture advertised of the large open seascape. Coffee pods were an extra fee upon arrival. The hallway light kept us awake due to the blurred tiles in the room with no blind to block the light out. Sadly this didn’t live up to the expectations we had hoped for.

The beds were so uncomfortable that i slept on the couch. For a place that calls itself 5 star, its service was not. The check in process was a nightmare and the guy talked to me like I was dumb for not filling out the pre check-in survey because I was unsure of scammers and it came via random text message. Then the firm didn't work and there was no back up option. There was a dead wasp on the balcony and the couch wasn't that big. It was a nice walk to town but the hotel is far away from everything and there is no shuttle service. The bus stop is also a long walk away. It meant I missed out on stuff and, when I got sick, I couldn't get food or medicine with out a 40 minute walk. Reception hours are very limited. Missing things like extra blankets in the room and a box of tissues. Pool is always in the shade, the bottom is damaged and it always looked dirty.

Just needed a screen in the bedroom so people outside could not see you coming out of the bathroom

Location was good.

Very dated, & in poor condition. Shutters in bathroom broken, carpet dirty, shelves in kitchen looked to be water damaged. Just generally looks very tired & in need of a facelift

Wohnung war sehr geräumig, alles vorhanden, was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht.
