Quiet well insulated unit on ground floor next to pool. Underground parking behind boom gate but not secure. Receptionist attended to request as best she could offering foil, when I enquired if there were any baking dishes I could borrow as none were provided in the unit.

No dishes to use in oven when self catering. Housekeeping need to take extra care to clean behind bedside tables and lounges as used tissues and dead insects and dust build up evident. Minor items in kitchen overdue for replacement eg plastic chopping board and vegetable peeler. Having owned holiday accommodation myself I understand the importance these issues are addressed.

Loved. Loved. Loved it! Lovely bright, airy clean feel to the place. Great parking. Room very spacious, comfortable and clean. Exception view. Amazing pool where you can have a 'proper' swim. Lovely walk into Airlie Beach via the board walk. Near supermarket. Spacious bathroom. Washing machine and tumble dryer which was very useful. It really was a lovely place to stay.

The kitchen isn't very well equipped. Not really enough equipment if you wanted to self cater. The kitchen was big enough to store extra saucepans etc that were needed. That was the only negative point that could easily be rectified. Otherwise it was perfect.

Great location , close to Marina and boardwalk. Amazing area upstairs for entertaining. Manager was very great and apologetic when we had some issues with some things in the room.

The owners of this property need to spend some money on facilities of this apartment, for the money you are paying, you expect better! Microwave not working. No extra blankets in rooms. Cleanliness could have been better. The photos of the penthouse that I originally viewed on booking.com were different to what we stayed in. Ducted air conditioning was too cold in some rooms and hot in others. Old bread boards and frying pan - had to go and buy our own. First night we had no dishwasher powder , dishwashing liquid , tea towels.

Size of the unit and comfort.

House Cleaning should ensure that items such as the toilet brush is clean and not sitting rancid water creating a dank odors, of which i had to sort.....
