"It was a great stay."

The hotel had a lot of amenities. Everything was clean and the staff was great! The location was great right on the beach.

There was an issue with some of jacuzzis not working during our visit.

Location was good They said they would let booking.com of a 100 dollars refunded.

Roaches 11 in my room 1124. Had to change room at 11pm. Indoor pool and hot tub dirty. No towels at 1200 noon. Loud music at 2am outside office and no one addresses it went on over an hour.

I really enjoyed the location. The room was smaller than I thought,I couldn't look at Tv in bed room after letting front desk know,it too a whole day and half .then the whistling come in through the slide door the 3night we were there.

Whistling nose,and tv wouldn't connect to Internet
