The entire property, the staff. And was charged for smoking in a room that I didn’t even smoke, as I beat stage 4 cancer recently and was there to celebrate and now have to call my credit card and try to contact a corporate representative for a major complaint

It was clean and right at the ocean. The stores were close by if you need to get anything

Location and size of room/unit. Layout

Seems a little more run down compared to the past two times we have stayed here. Mattress in the ocean view bedroom felt outdated, doors could be replaced and linens updated to better quality. Also, the smell of weed was way more noticeable than past stays there. I know it's Myrtle Beach, but I shouldn't have to wake up in our room smelling it. Couldn't even enjoy sitting out on the balcony for the smell.

Amy at the front desk was so sweet an very friendly great customer service
