"Horrible treatment of elderly disabled people."

Nothing was good about this stay.

The motel staff is absolutely horrible to elderly disabled people and their grandchildren. They charged me the day before we checked in. They called the police on us, my mother is 77 and disabled. They deactivated our room key cards before we arrived to stay our 2nd night, when we had a night left to stay. They lied and said more then 2 people stayed in the room when only 2 people slept in the room. They charged me for 2 nights when we only stayed 1 night.

Apart that it is in a bad area the employees and owner are very untrustworthy of their visitors had to rent extra room because we had an extra person coming from another state no hospitality they just didn’t care didn’t even want to work with us

"I wouldn’t recommend to anybody and I would never stay there again"

My kids loved the pool. The office staff was nice .

I seen cockroaches the second night of my stay . Made me very uncomfortable. I couldn’t sleep just thinking about them being in my bed or getting into my bags. I wanted to leave but it was too late and I had no where else to go . I stayed there because of the star rate was 8.3 stars so I thought it was gonna be decent . I was totally wrong .

Hele ruime kamer, schoon. Heerlijke douche en bed. Zou zo weer hiernaar toe gaan.

De stoelen bij het zwembad erg vies. Nu wordt er daar verbouwd dus wellicht komt daar al het stof en vuil vandaan. Mijn man heeft geprobeerd het schoon te maken, maar te vies.
