Everything was clean and comfortable. The shower was amazing and beds comfortable

We didn’t like that even though it’s a casino, having teens travel with you, all for them to do is eat or swim. It would be nice if they would install a movie theater or arcade for teens like Choctaw in Oklahoma

Rooms were huge, bartenders Carrie and Kevin were excellent!, friendly and good time! Kevin and Carrie were awesome and friendly!

Pool bar closes at 5pm, nothing about pool services felt like a resort! Room smelled musty almost a moldy scent. My room was not ready at 4pm then front desk added my credit card to the wrong room so that took extra time to fix. Elisabeth at the coyote restaurant was also very good. The pool bar guy was not friendly . It was just a lot of disappointment and not worth the price of the stay. Would not recommend.

Good service and food. No problems. The hotel is overall is impressive and rivals Vegas in some ways.

Our room (225) had no chairs, we had to sit on our beds to talk or watch TV. The bathroom was infested with little black bugs all over the floor. And as for safety, there were no grab bars in the bath. We're elderly world travelers and that insufficiency bothered us. And we thought your slots were about the stingiest we experienced.
