Loved the front door people. Shout out to Sam and Otto. So friendly and helpful. Spa was nice except they upsold treatments that then took away from the 45 min massage I already paid for. Spoke to the people when paying for my service that they should have made that clear that the add ons would be all within my 45 min massage instead of adding to the time.

This was my 2nd stay here in 6 years and the staff and customer service was just as outstanding at my first visit. Everyone is very pleasant and accommodating. Highly recommend

This was my first time staying at the hotel/casino and I must admit, I was pleasantly surprised. Check in was quick and the staff very nice and informative. I didn’t receive a room upgrade, I would have liked a golf course view, but the room was very clean, modern and the beds were very comfortable. The entire property is smoke free including the casino, which was much appreciated. The casino had all the table games I love as well as all the latest slot machines. Even though I didn’t win, I did notice others hitting some nice jackpots. The staff were all very nice and welcoming and everyone I was with had a great time. They have an awesome viewing area for sports and we spent the whole day Sunday getting on NLF games. I would definitely stay here again whenever I’m in Phoenix. They have two nice golf courses on property, hopefully I’ll be able to play next time.

Clean room, friendly staff

Clean lobby, casino, area, and room. Casino area is very well kept and everything functioning. The rooms were spacious and spotless. They let us check in early at no extra cost.
