Talking Stick Resort

I was defrauded by this hotel. I don’t know if it was intentional or the result of incompetence. However, after booking and paying for a two-night reservation, receiving email confirmations, reminders for the trip, etc., my wife and I were told when we checked in that they were fully booked for the second night, and we in fact, did not have a room. No offer for a refund for the second night. No cooperation whatsoever. Just really dismissive customer service when they clearly made an error that ruined the scant amount of time my wife and I can get away.

The room was clean and well kept. Very spacious and, nicely decorated. The staff were professional the valley were wonderful and engaging.

The slots were tight. But you won some you lose some

The resort was very nice, it was our 1st time coming here. We attended a concert Saturday night so we decided to book our room when we got the tickets. The staff was very kind when checked in! We were able to check in early which was very good! Our room was clean and spacious. Loved the tub! The food at the Cafe was very tasty and very well priced! Overall our experience was excellent!

I would've liked to have a microwave in our room.

I was working for my company who held a conference here. This is a great property. The sleeping rooms are large, clean and modern. The conference area is awesome….I would suggest you try to keep your meetings all on one floor if possible. The food they served our attendees was great! The banquet staff was out of this world helpful and efficient! The fact that the property is non smoking is a huge bonus!! The entire property is lovely! It is a bit isolated, so a rental car might help but Uber etc is plentiful. Plenty of restaurants on property. If you are not a golfer…no worries the golf course restaurant is fabulous as well…limited hours but good food and service and a short walk from the hotel! Can’t say enough about this lovely spot!
