"Upgrades are needed, but the stay was lovely!"

Location, staff, and amenities were amazing!

Upgrades to paint, wallpaper, flooring, and furnishing are needed due to natural wear and tear. The mattress, though, is horrible and hard as a rock.

"Awesome hotel."

This hotel is centrally located in Wilmington. It's a great place to stay if you want to take in everything that Wilmington has to off. The rooms are clean. The pool is heated, and they have 2 hot tubs. Free breakfast and Wednesday nights they have a guest reception . I would book a room here again

"Insect Bites"

On October 15th I awoke to feeling something on my leg. Found two small black insects in the bed down by my feet. Was able to kill one of them leaving a blood mark on the sheet. Immediately packed up my belongings and went to look for another hotel for the night. The site management is denying insect issues in the room even though pictures of 20+ bites on my legs. The way the hotel has handled this has me questioning my loyalty to Hilton.
