The breakfast was on par with other places I stay. The coffee was really good, so extra points for that. One of the toasters was broken, but I noticed it had been replaced the next morning. So the staff is attentive to the area, and it was well stocked.

The person at check-in the evening we arrived in was helpful, polite, attentive, and professional. The next morning, however, when my husband approached the desk to inquire about toothpaste (which we couldn't find in the little "shop") he waited patiently for the person to complete a task, but then she immediately moved onto something else without acknowledging his presence. Then, the phone rang and she went to pick it up, he interjected "excuse me" -- and she gave him the wagging finger. He did eventually get two packets of toothpaste, but it was a real "ding" to the experience. A simple nod rather than treating him as first- invisible and this would have been a 10/10 rating.
