I come to this property twice a year for tournaments. This year the room phones did not work, and the breakfast was TOTALLY unacceptable. I select this property to cover convenience of not having to make an extra stop to buy breakfast. This visit I was inconvenienced with it being a short trip. Unfortunately, for the next tournament Ill be booking another property. Thank you for your time

**Phones not working was a BIG problem, considering there could have been an emergency. **Breakfast was HORRIBLE and UNACCEPTABLE ie pancakes was basically water and sugar, just BAD!

"All great except for the extra $150 put on our card for services we did not use"

We were charged an extra $150 for what we were told was a "protection" in case we used any extra services. We did not use any extra services as we only stayed one night to attend a wedding. We hope that $150 will be refunded to our card assp.

Stayed here for a work overnight trip. Everyone was very friendly and hotel was clean. I thought the beds especially were very clean and comfortable. Would stay again!

Was an older hotel tad outdated. Breakfast was alright.
