The villa itself is stunning, it's huge, the pool is massive the rooms are massive, the beds are incredibly comfy, there's plenty of storage and its in a great location....but

The fixtures are really outdated. Taps are coming loose, bath plugs won't come out, shower heads spray everywhere but down, kitchen units are old and to be honest have nothing in them. No pans, only 1 cutting knife, a frying pan, a sieve and a chopping board...that's it. We weren't provided with hand towels, until we asked..the villa smelt damp, management had placed moisture traps in but they did nothing. The villa has an indoor pond? Which was dirty and probably contributed to the damp smell. A stupidly large lamp hangs above the dining table (again rusty due to the damp) obscuring the TV if you want to stay in. The complex isn't eco friendly and gives out plastic water bottles, no option to refill from water dispensers. Its a shame as Bali already has really bad problem with plastic waste. And finally security men, why there's so many of them god only knows. We had issues with them ringing our villa doorbell at 5.30 am on a few occasions, told management and it stopped. ..probably were bored.

Great location with lots in walking distance. The 3 bedroom villa had a lot of space and lovely grounds, as well as really good sized pool. Facilities were a little tired however it was priced very fairly. We got laundry done and they did a fantastic job for an excellent price. Very friendly staff everywhere, and we enjoyed our stay

It’s off the street, so from the villa you hear less noises // The personal was very friendly quick in response and helpful

The WiFi was weak and off quite a lot of times // the kitchen equipment was not enough to cook anything and make use of the kitchen // The furniture was not in the newest shape e.g the door to the kitchen and living space was hard to open/close // the cleanliness of the floor, table, sofa was not on the highest level so we didn’t let our baby sit on the floor.

Very responsive staff. So many lovely security guards, I felt very safe as a solo traveller. Very spacious rooms with direct access to the enormous swimming pool from the ground floor. It's is situated on a huge block but feels so private. Perfect for recovering from surgery at the nearby BIMC Hospital. Extended my stay as I loved it so much.

Bedding not exactly spotless but no biggie considering they can't use the same environmentally brutal products we use in Australia. Would be nice to have TV's upgraded to digital, given this hotel caters to a lot of recovering outpatients who cannot go outside for some time.

The villa we stayed in was stunning.. the location was very good close to local shops and restaurants.. we had some good fun in the pool and hot tub.. the staff went above and beyond to help us..

The stairs leading to the upstairs bedroom were not suitable for young children.. we were told about that prior to arriving but there was nothing we can do about it since it is part of the design..

Habitación increíble y muy amplia. El wifi y el aire acondicionado funcionan perfectamente. Vigilancia 24 horas y parking para dejar la moto fácil. Piscina grande y muy limpia. Tiene una neverita que viene bien. Personal muy amable. El baño muy top y la terraza. Cerca de varios supermercados para comprar lo que haga falta. Hay que dejar un depósito de 100k ( moneda de indonesia) por la llave de la habitación que cuando realizas el check out te lo devuelven sin problemas.

Sinceramente no tengo nada malo que decir.

Своего пляжа нет, купались на каком-то при отеле. Пляж хороший, песок, но море мелкое и далеко мелкое и все заросшее травой, купаться невозможно. Даже на пляже Holiday Inn на воде небольшая огороженная территория для купания, где максимум глубина по грудь и тоже трава встречается. В других местах сплошная трава. Далеко заплыть не получится - гоняют катера. В этой части местности - только загорать или в бассейне. Купаться в океане лучше на других пляжах, в западной части полуострова.
