Loews Atlanta Hotel

Nice contemporary hotel. Well lit bathroom with tub and shower. Spacious guest room.

My room was located next to the building’s AC unit and had a constant loud and unsettling noise which disturbed rest and sleep.

Everything was great

Kamal delivered my room service twice and was amazing both times—polite, kind and helpful! I appreciate the thoughtfulness of the staff, particularly Kamal!

At almost 600 for one night I would have expected better service and a restful night. The lobby is under construction, but that was a non issue. Check in was fine, the room was small but clean. Bed was comfy and bathroom was also clean.

First time staying here and it was perfect.

I stayed at this hotel because it was on Amex website, therefore I figured it would be a great hotel. The hotel was just okay. When we checked in the guy did not give me no info on how to connect to WiFi or areas around there. When you entered the hotel it smells so good, when you leave that lobby floor the floor we was on smelled very bad and the room did also. The bathroom was not mopped. Honestly I didn’t even want to stay, that next morning we jumped up and left so fast. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all.

I was looking forward to staying at this hotel, as I’ve stayed at other Loews hotels, and have enjoyed a very luxurious experience. I was staying for just two nights with my family. Upon my arrival, the hotel was under renovation, so the lobby was unavailable, and the cafés and restaurants were not super clear on how to access them. Additionally, I was on floor 18 and the hallway reeked of urine which was very alarming and off putting. On my last night, I witnessed a physical altercation between one of the patrons and the valet staff. I was so disappointed with my experience, and honestly felt that I could’ve stayed at a motel for the experience I got. This was not luxury. I don’t recommend!
