Massive room! Very comfy bed & staff bubbly & helpfull.

Only a small pain but water pressure in the shower was a bit up & down.

Its location was marvelous, and the staff were very curtious the breakfast was amazing

Being charged for breakfast twice as breakfast was supposed to be included in the price

Booking.com described it as a hotel with a pub, when in reality, this is a pub, with a hotel above it! Very nice and cosy, something I'd have expected in a small village in the UK, pleasantly surprised to find this in downtown Glasgow!

The room was slightly cold on the 1st night when outside late-November temperatures dropped to ~zero Celsius. Fortunately there was a portable heater in the room which I could plug in to warm things up. Overall, still very comfortable and cosy, but things might be slightly more intolerable for colder weather/more sensitive guests.

The bar and restaurant , the food was amazing 🍽️ 🙂

Perfect combination of a neat room and a cosy restaurant/pub.

Chosen for location in the centre of town, only a short walk from Clients, and so offering respite from intense extended contact were I to have stayed at their 4* chain hotel. Used once previously on leisure break. Great to relax in limited down time and enjoy friendly non-corporate atmosphere in a real pub. Room clean, warm, with opening windows, a desk that takes a laptop and open A4 files and with good WiFi. Comfortable bed and good shower. All boxes ticked.

Insufficient time to enjoy a limited, but ample, pub grub menu, especially as it looked good and apparently covered most dietary requirements. A real chair for the desk would be great.

Location is perfect for city centre, staff were friendly and polite.

Excellent location, very friendly and helpful staff.

There a few pubs around and it's little bit loud outside at night.
