Clarion Inn & Suites near the Leconte Center Pigeon Forge

When I checked in I paid and then the front desk clerk tried to tell me his computer said declined. Even though I saw it say approved and it came out of my account and even showed him where it cleared and even had the address of the hotel that charged it. He kept telling me to tap my card again that the charges were pending and would be back on my card. At first he said 30 minutes then 24 hrs. I refused to tap my card again bc payment had already cleared my account. I requested to speak with the manager many times and was told he was there and would not be until the next night. This guy was totally trying to scam us.

It was so loud. It is right beside a go cart track and you heard them til after midnight. We barely slept bc of the noises. The ac was leaking all over the floor and the floor was damp. The breakfast was uneditable so we had to hit up a McDonalds.

The location was near stores and restaurants.

One when asked are room to be clean all did throw towels in are room and did not clean it , also ask to clean ac filter did not do it , last two days there we was deal with someone next to us going drugs and told front ignored us,

Very convenient local at a traffic light intersection so easy to get out onto the parkway either direction. Room was spacious and clean. I was top floor with Mountain View.

Lighting in room is poor. Need a lamp on the nightstand. The road noise was loud between 9-12. Glad I brought a noise machine to drown it out. Glad there was a hot breakfast but there was the same limited thing everyday.

We liked the location and cleanliness of the room.

Looks nice from the booking photos, but when we arrived and saw in person was a disappointment. Parking was awful, elevator was terrible. If it wasn't for the room being descent we would have left. For me ,from the lobby to the room, first impressions are everything. We weren't impressed. Microwave cord was plugged in over the top of where it was located. Two guys, knocked at our door around 12 midnight Friday night asking us do we need our TV fixed . Who does that? I have been to Clarion facilities before and they definitely didn't look like this. Yall need to do better.

the room was dirty, loud and had drug dealers that were up all night at the location
