Glazert Country House Hotel

Die Lage des Hotel ist auf dem Lande und dennoch sehr Zentral zu Glasgow. Das Essen ist sehr fein und das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Auch ist die Preisgestaltung für Schottland sehr faire. Das Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Sicher dürfte die Fassade aussen auch wieder einmal etwas Farbe ertragen.😉

The bar and restaurant were cosy The staff were all lovely The food was great value for money

The bedroom was tired looking and not very clean , although the beding was spotless

Beds terrible

On approach, this hotel looks amazing and the grounds are stunning. Inside its a little tired and in need of a good clean. We approached our room via the main door outside and the communal areas needed a good dust and hoover. Our upstairs room ,initially looked really nice, however on closer inspection- it appears very tired, with a mismatch of furniture. We ate in the bar area during the evening - its very ""red and can get very busy,, with no natural lighting however there was a good choice on the menu. Sleep- was a bit un comfortable, mattress very soft. Breakfast the next day- good selection of fruit and cereal , followed by a traditional Scottish breakfast. Overall ,we expected much more for the money
