Hoteles Brandt

Hotel Brandt met all my needs, especially as a first time visitor to Managua. They provided transportation from the airport; the staff was friendly and helpful; breakfasts were tasty, including choice of eggs or pancakes; wifi was robust. The Brandt hotel I stayed in was walkably close to a number of good restaurants, as well as the Metrocenter Mall. I would certainly return to this hotel, if I revisit Managua.

Great location, but enough off the noise of Zona Hippo, yet within walking distance of coffee shops, metrocentro, restaurants, grocery store, night life in relatively safe zone. I've stayed here before and will go back. Nice pleasant lobby and breakfast area to sit, work, read and relax. Staff is very nice and helpful. Rates are mid-range.

The Brandt hotel is about $100 cheaper than the Crown Plaza and the Barcelio hotels but it is not worth it. It is a horrible hotel. The refridgerator was broken. No toiletries in the bathrooms. There was no breakfast.
