Great location. Walking distance from retail and hospitality. Kitchen and dining room terrific to have access. Pool was appreciated. The garden and outdoor seating was lovely.

I could hear next door a couple of times. It didn't matter all that much because I was often out and about. Being from the east coast I was initially surprised at the price per night. But I think it's an Exmouth issue: hotel accommodation is expensive everywhere in the town. If it was cheaper Exmouth would be over-crowded all year round.

Many thanks to the lady on reception who sorted out our room, it was much appreciated. The amenities were fabulous, everything you could possibly need on hand. It has a lovely shaded courtyard/pool area to sit and relax. It was quiet and very convenient for shops, bars and restaurants.

Communal kitchen works very well. Easy processes for check-in and use of facilities.

Aircon was not effective

Well equipped communal kitchen. Pool good.

Room was a little on the small side.

Camera troppo piccola, bagno non classificabile manca piatto doccia e il lavandino è minuscolo. Nessun armadio. Abbiamo dormito due notti non rifanno la camera . Personale assente
