"Great communal kitchen"

Excellent huge, clean, well equipped kitchen, perfect for us all to cook and eat together as a family. Kids enjoyed cooling off in the pool and had fun with the darts and pool table in the games room. These communal facilities really made a positive difference to us as a group. Easy walking distance to all you need in Exmouth itself. Bedroom cooling very effective if a little noisy. Staff super friendly. We'd definitely stay there again.

Returning guests very happy with this excellent accommodation, kitchen is just unbelievable, something you have to see to believe. Lounge, entertainment room are all great! Poolside and the plenty of cozy outdoor seatings are a perfect area to meet other people for a chat !

There’s absolutely nothing not to like about!

The location was great, walking distance to the town centre. The kitchen was very clean and well appointed with everything you needed to self cater.

Nothing the whole place had a great feel.
