Big Villa

Didn’t spend enough time

Staff were lovely and extremely accommodating and quick to sort out ANY issues we had. Our villa was beautiful, had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Location was fantastic, just far enough from the hustle and bustle though close enough to walk to everything you need.

The staff are so efficient and clean daily which is lovely though at times when sick or wanting a sleep in we would have appreciated a do not disturb sign for our door :)

It was a beautiful location and villa. The staff were very kind and super accommodating.

Because they are open villas, we had mice in our room. The doors should have some kind of rubber in-between the open spaces to prevent critters from entering. Caulk or something. The bedroom is the ONLY enclosed room FYI.

Location was good. Lovely gardens, villas and the staff were very friendly. Great breakfast too!

The toilet blocked easily and mosquitoes were a problem as the doors did not shut fully.

So peaceful

people, service, clean, location, private villa, gardens, pool.

Rooms could do with a refresh but still good, everything else great.

We like the place, very clean and spacious. Good for a family travelling. The pool was awesome. The food's great. The staff are approachable.

It was nice and quiet and relaxing But issues with water in spar and shower Need maintenance with should have been done months ago

İlgisizler çıkış saatim gelmeden ne zaman çıkacaksınız diye aradılar,çıkış saati 12 imis 12 olmadan elemanlari kapida bekliyorlar üzerine arıyorlar havuzlari bana derin geldi 1.70 derinliginde 15 cm yada 10 cm kadar dusurmelerini istedim havuz derinliğini motorun bozulduğunu yapamayacaklarini söylediler yalan konuşuyorlar ilk defa balide konaklamiyorum daha önce kaldigim yerler böyle değildi dolapda bulunan alkolu bile ucretini odemeyi gectim kendin açıp kullandigin alkolun bile servis ücretini yansıtıyorlar kahvaltilari güzel degil pek bir cesitte yok meyveyle kahvalti yaptık isletme güzel değil,birde sivri aşırı fazla 10 günlük bali tatilimde son gününü burda kaldim ilk 9 gün sivri sinek görmedim burda odaya ilaclamama rağmen yetmedi sivri fazla bocek kertenkele fazla
