"Staff need to read the comments when people ask for specific things, we got let down big time"

That the room was clean.

I ask for room close to elevator as I have severe rheumatoid arthritis and can’t walk properly, we get room at the other end of the hallway far away from elevator and club

"Good location for regatta"

Staff very helpful. Rooms big enough and comfy beds. Good shower pressure.

Breakfast was abit limited for the cost, and alot of small water/bugs around the bathroom. Property clean and well kept but not always a good look for bugs! (beds checked and super clean also) Also the hairdryer was terrible, good pressure but zero heat ?

Beds and pillows extremely comfortable. Staff always pleasant and attentive. Good location with plenty of car parking.

More attention to detail when cleaning the bathroom wouldn’t go astray
