Best thing was the caretakers; they were very helpful with not only with the apartment but getting aquainted with the are.

Very friendly staff making our very late check in as easy as possible. Room was clean and had everything we needed

The property manager’s were very easy to deal with. We did have an unfortunate accident and they offered one day extra stay free of charge if we needed. The services were excellent.

Great location, walking distance to anything that you will need.

When we booked we were given the option for any requests. We requested a room on the top floor. When we arrived to check in we were told it would cost an extra $30 to be on the top floor, so we requested to be on any floor other than car park level. Note it was 4 storeys high. We had requested twice but they told us on both occassions there were no rooms available. both nights and the next morning I counted 48 car spaces (plus visitors) and only 10 cars in the car park. I dont consider that to be full. The room itself was great but unfortunaly we were unable to really appreciate it as we had to keep all the window furnishings closed at all times so as to have privacy (being on the car park level), so we stayed out for as long as possible during daylight hours before returning to the motel. I believe if there is an option for you to make a request at least they should try and help out with the request. Regards Dominic Farrugia

Friendly management and staff that were accommodating of our needs

Room was great very clean and in everything i needed was in the room.

The apartments are in need of an upgrade. The shower heads need urgently to be replaced as well as the mattresses. Furniture is also on it way out

Th accommodation is good - a bit tired, but the price pretty much reflects that. My one bedroom unit was a great size with everything I needed. I would NOT recommend this property to anyone with a disability or difficulty taking stairs as access to most of the units and reception requires a lot of twists, turns and stairs. I am fine, but hated the awkward stairs, slopes and corridors I needed to take to get to my unit, especially with a bit of luggage. Very weird construction indeed. Otherwise a good option.

Property is old and dated furniture and appliances need updating. Stayed in a two bedroom but I’d hardly call the second room a bedroom as it had no windows. It was an ok stay though if you don’t mind it being quite dated,
