Beds and pillows super comfy!

Check in and out staff not overly friendly.. didn’t get asked at check out.. How was your stay? I didn’t receive the vouchers I was promised, if I didn’t get the room cleaned. We are in the restaurant several times.. no one asked how were our meals. I had a glass of wine which had a lip stick stain on the glass… so the staff member just poured my wine into another glass. I lived in the Lincoln for 17 years and was back to see my daughter for her formal. I wasn’t overly impressed sadly.

I was told we would receive credit to use in the bar/ restaurant if we didn’t need our rooms cleaned each day. I saw the reception on our last night to receive our credit for the restaurant. A very rude lady! She told me that I was not eligible. Putting the do not disturb card on the door was not the correct way. I could be bothered arguing over a few dollars, it was the principle. No, I won’t go back.

Comfortable beds, location was excellent, very clean . Some of the staff were very helpful and very pleasant (I had a travel bag which was damaged during travel and they even got rid of it for me )

At the time of check out, the staff asked whether I had used any thing from mini brand I said no, but they looked at their computer and said I have used a chocolate bar and some chips which I had to deny few times . Then they seem to accept it saying may be house cleaning team made a mistake. That was really unpleasant. For the 4 nights I paid $661 and why should you tell lies for a $20-$30 any way? Next time I would not stay there . I have stayed in a many hotels and this was a kind of first time accused as if using the minibar and not paying . Please make sure you do not give this sort of experience to your next customers. All the excellent experience of staying in your hotel was spoiled at the last minute
