A calm and quiet hotel with friendly staff and clean rooms. The breakfast was good, and the location is -close to Nyali centre and nearby malls. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Location was excellent and they have very friendly and polite ,professional staff.

Noise from club next door but that can be taken with pinch of salt Cox the clubs are reputable places to visit

The staff were amazing and helpful! They allowed me to check-in earlier than started time as my flight was in the in the morning and they voluntarilty upgraded my room which was nice!

The information online says a few metres to the beach, which was inaccurate. The beach is quite a distance so it felt like an 'overpromise' but all good I still accessed Masai. The gate Askaris were really kind on guiding me
