The Frogmill Hotel

Room was lovely discribed as a cosy twin which is was, nicely decorated and good facilites in the room. Shower very powerful and liked the addition of the heated towel rail.

Room on the top floor. no lift and steep stairs and had to go through a door halfway up. Not easy to get up with cases. Thought it is was rather expensive as paid £186 for one night and that did not even include breakfast.

Food and service was excellent and not too expensive

The room was a bit damp and foisty. The bed was too soft

We stayed only for one night at Frogmill as a stop over and we wished we had more time to stay longer. Staff were absolutely amazing, our room was cosy, clean and full of character. Food in restaurant was delicious and breakfast in the morning was great.

We liked the room.

The limited restaurant options. They ran out of orange juice, they didn't have certain items that were advertised on their menu. There was a broken chair in their restaurant that had been sitting there for 2 days, it was quite obviously a hazard but we advised the staff that it was a hazard to people who could fall.

The room was lovely and very clean. The decor was gorgeous and very well appointed. The food was excellent and prepared beautifully.

They are understaffed . The staff was lovely but it was hard for them to cover so many people at meal times. The communication needs to be better in the hotel.
