Please be informed that during bad weather and because the island is far from the mainland, the property cannot guarantee a stable internet connection. The complimentary shuttle service will be provided throughout the renovation period and operates on the following schedule: Mae Haad Pier to resort: 19:30 Resort to Mae Haad Pier: 09:00, 14:00, and 18:00 All shuttle services must be arranged prior to arrival.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. "Zum entspannen - tolles Hotel mit ein paar Mankos (keine 5 Sterne)"

Sehr freundliches Personal, zum Schnorcheln ideal, Abendessen im Restaurant fantastisch. Gratis Shuttlebus und unkomplizierter Transfer. Liegeecke bei den Strandbungalows sehr gemütlich und toll um den Abend ausklingen zu lassen.

Sehr abgelegen, keine Shops / Restaurants in gehbarer Nähe. Buffet eher gering, keine frischen Säfte und keine Mangos wie auch keine Passionsfrüchte (keine 5 Sterne). Strand Bungalow in die Jahre gekommen. Die hinterstens drei Strandbungalows haben grosse Steine und kein Strand davor. Wenig Möglichkeiten zum Aufhängen von Tüchern, keine Kofferablagen, Balkontüre/Glasfront schliesst nicht bündig, Strand/Meer steinig, kein Ganzkörperspiegel. Die kleinen Tücher wurden die 4 Tage nie ausgewechselt.

Beautiful hotel amazing location.

The hotel needs to put on more shuttles. Even if they charge 100 baht for one the hour separate to free shuttles given how far out they are.

"Traumurlaub!"

Einfach alles, das Hotel ist einfach ein einziger Traum!! Der Strand ist wunderschön und wird jeden Tag mehrmals gereinigt. Der Pool ist auch ein Traum und sehr sauber. Das Essen ist top genauso wie das Personal! Einen Roller kann man dort auch einfach ausleihen einfach an der Rezeption fragen und man wird innerhalb von ein paar Minuten von einen Rollerverleih abgeholt. Man darf auch 1 Std. kostenlos vom Hotel ein SUP ausleihen, perfekt um schnorcheln zu gehen. Die ganzen negativen Bewertungen kann ich nicht zustimmen, ja es wird dort viel umgebaut aber das stört gar nicht. Und ja die Anlage ist sehr weitläufig und steil aber das macht es auch besonders und man hat eine schöne Aussicht! Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Wir haben es bereut dort nur 4 Nächte gebucht zu haben.

Le cadre est magnifique, la plage , les piscines , le personnel très sympa

Les chambres sont vraiment vétustes . Vous payez vraiment juste pour le cadre .

"Great House Beach & Reef"

WOW! What a location... The beach is cleaned daily and shallow so gets few boats from the outside. We enjoyed the snorkelling in Shark Bay but found mostly large turtles. Rooms were very clean and well equiped. Pool was also great and as it was "low season" we had no crowds. Staff was also super helpful.
