Service très limité voir inexistant, chambre mal chauffée, une seule couverture légère en plein hiver!!! Propreté à redéfinir... bref, cet établissement mérite juste la moyenne...

"Precioso lugar para desconectar!"

Estuvimos 4 días muy cómodos en estos apartamentos, el trato es exquisito y los apartamentos están muy bien y completos. Además de ser un sitio donde se puede descansar bien, y hacer todo tipo de deporte o relajarte en los diferentes balnearios de la zona. Volveremos pronto!

"weekend à ax les thermes"

Petit week end entre amis à ax les thermes, très bon accueil de la part du personnel. Hébergement proche des télécabines appartement très bien agencé et propre je pense y retourner prochainement.

Les draps et les serviettes sont payant (8 euros par personne) ce qui n'est pas normal lorsqu'on paye assez cher les chambres. De plus, nous avions payé pour un lit double et nous avons eu un lit cygogne donc nous avons du dormir séparé, ce qui n'est pas agréable lorsqu'on voyage en couple. hormis ces choses, hôtel est OK.

attention, sur le site hôtel.com tout est mélangé sur les catégories des hôtels. le site ne fait pas la différence entre domaine ou se sont des chalet et un hôtel pour une nuit mais après 900km de route nous n'avions plus le choix, donc nous sommes restés pour une nuit. nous avons du loué des draps des essuies pas de déjeuner avec viennoiseries car il fallait les commander avant une certaine heure. ce n'est pas grave l'important est que nous nous sommes reposés afin de poursuivre notre route jusqu'à bruxelles

Bon rapport qualité/prix sachant qu'il faut porter ses draps si on ne veux pas payer de supplément. Nous avons apprécié d'avoir un coin cuisine pour pouvoir prendre notre petit déjeuné en chambre ou sur la terrasse privative. Le personnel de l'accueil est sympathique. Le reproche que je ferais est la propreté de la chambre et de la salle de bain qui laissait à désirer (ça ne m'a pas trop dérangé parce que je ne suis pas des plus difficiles sur ce point). D'une manière générale j'ai apprécié ce séjour et je peux recommander cet établissement.

Très déçu appartement pour 6 personne mais on ne peut y être que à 4 , internet pas tip payer 12 euros et rien capter , très déçu de cette hôtel alors que l'on venez tout les ans avant ....
