Location is beautful with scenery

No bakery item was available, there was a counter, we have been told that items in display counter are expired and fresh baked will be served. But no pastry or any other bakery item was served and excuses were made, we had a 2 night stay from 20-22 june. Not out of place to mention that we paid Rs. 30K for a night for a room and only with expectations that everyone has from Radisson. I personaly feel that it was not worth staying there.

Location is really nice and close enough to the city and the river… rooms are really nice

Youd expect shampoo, soap, slipper, dental kits but nope we had to order on multiple batches…we were told dinner is complimentary then got charged after using the buffet … theyll try and charge you for the smallest things like the recreation room
