Il est important d installer des prises GreenUp pour recharger les voitures électriques. Nous serons de plus en plus nombreux à en avoir, il n est pas envisageable de devoir recharger pendant 20 heures sur une prise standard. De plus, au moment de la réservation, précisez bien aux clients de venir avec leurs propres câbles.

the staff were friendly we arrived early and everything was ready and the reception staff made it very easy, food was amazing and location couldn't be better

not many downsides to the property, only 2 things i would change if i could firstly the dinner service is far to late and breakfast could be earlier, I'm aware of Spanish culture but after a big day skiing 7.45 for dinner is too late it means going to bed on a full stomach for keen skiers who want to be up for first lift breakfast is served from 8am but first gondola is 8.45 so would have liked earlier. also weather drove us off the mountain early a couple of days so would have been nice to use the wellness area earlier than 4pm. these are not complaints as i had a great stay these are merely preference's of mine.

The location is fantastic a very short walk to the main gondola. The staff on reception and in the ski shop were brilliant, super helpful and great attitude. From our room we had a great view of the slope leading to the gondola. The room was well appointed and beautifully clean. Breakfast is good with lots of variety.

There was some confusion about when the bistro was open. It was closed for both nights we stayed, although reception thought it should be open. The first night we had dinner in the restaurant and it wasn't great. The restaurant staff weren't particularly helpful in the morning and were irritated that I sat at table for 6 when there was only 2 of us. I had been wondering around looking for a table for 2 for at least 5 minutes but nothing was set, and then was told off when I eventually sat down. Restaurant staff need to be more proactive in finding suitable tables for guests.

El aire acondicionado echaba mucho calor para mi gusto y aun bajandolo pase mucho calor

Esmorzar molt bo i les habitacions molt tranquiles i comodes. La ubicacio tambe esta molt be.

El restaurant per anar a dinar de menu es car. Per la varietat del plats i la qualitat.

Hôtel bien confortable, la clim aurait été bienvenue

La restauration dîner et déjeuner pas au niveau de nos attentes. Les plats servis, soupe à l'oignon, salade césar (anchois trop salé), la pov' morue sous le jardin ! Etc ... Petit déjeuner décevant ...
