Lavender House B&B

Owners kind (gave me a book to take home) and breakfast amazingly good. We did not have to do any washing up of the plates and cutlery used for other meals (restaurants had just been closed). Location near beach, and shops a short walk away. But towels needed to be bleached, and the room was a bit tired.

Great location! handy to the Entrance pelican feeding and mall.

Staff were very friendly and any thing you need was no problem

Lavender House is close to all amenities, all in walking distance with beautiful views of the ocean. The hosts Linda and John were very warm and friendly and made my stay pleasant. The room was spacious and inviting with all the mod-cons.

Room needed to be aired out. No air circulation through the room. I wouldn’t stay there again as the room was too expensive for what you get. I would’ve been more comfortable in a local motel for half the price

Overall is a good experience. Bottle water that was included turned out to be tap water in glass bottle. The feeling that the owners of the house are always around is little bit uncomfortable.

The only think we love is the location and very convenience, the washing machine and dryer are very old and dryer didn’t work when we need it, the frying pan were not in good condition,almost the cooking utensils are very old ,in the bedroom also the same, the linen and blankets are very old condition. Somehow we also cannot use our mobile data, the signal were poor inside the apartment, we need to go outside further to get the signal.

We were impressed with the welcome from the hosts, the cleanliness & airiness of the room. The location was ideal with very good recommendations for activities & restaurants from the hosts. The breakfast was wholesome and well presented.

The owners were wonderful... Breakfast was lovely... The room was small and was given the room that I didn't book, also there were small bugs colonies on the ceiling ....
