RVHotels Palau Lo Mirador

Beautiful palace, a very special place to stay. The restaurant in the hotel grounds was excellent. It was like staying in a National Trust property. A real privilege.

There was nowhere to get a drink when we arrived. No bar open and nowhere to get a coffee. The receptionist directed me to local super market to buy milk so I could make a coffee in my room. Lots of steps and no lift. So it’s not easy with luggage.

Beautiful historic building in a historic town with a lovely pedestrian area,plenty of shops,cafes,bakeries within walking distance,free on site parking.The more basic economy room we booked had a nice sized walk in shower,large comfortable bed.

Lighting in the room was poor,especially the bathroom, my room ,number 2 was in a very dark corner and you could not see to get the key in the door,had to crouch down to see the lock.On site restaurant but no bar,you could get a drink from restaurant but you had to sit outside to enjoy it.Some attention to detail was missing, some small holes in the bathroom wall visible,one bedside lamp not working.

Bcp de chose : le lieu est vraiment joli, historique, mais donner 4 étoiles pour l'aspect hôtelier est vraiment exagéré ! La chambre très vétuste.. oui c'est un château mais on peut y faire quelque chose de moderne.. La baignoire spa est ridicule, les joints sales et cassés, salle de bain immense mais pas fonctionnelle, petit dej très loin d'un 4 étoiles et pompon : la chambre donne sur une place qui accueille marginaux et autres alcoolos qui gueulent, non, qui braillent de 23 h à 5h15 😱 Donc on a dormi 3h.. Pas un mot, pas une excuse du châtelain.. Bref, pour un budget conséquent, une mauvaise expérience.

Lieu historique joliment aménagé et rénové, à côté de l’Eglise.
