ATOur kids really enjoyed the playroom and the arts and crafts activities! It was a little tricky as the arts and crafts person didn’t speak english or german, but we managed to communicate and my kids were happy about their artwork. The outside playground was also nice! Food was very good, not soo many options, but everything we tried was delicious, at least for the adults! Pool area was nice and with great views, we enjoyed the kids area and Jacuzzi (even though both were very crowded). The main pool was too cold for us unfortunately. The pool attendants also didn’t speak english or german, so it was also a little tricky to communicate with them for the towels etc Room was clean, and we really enjoyed the balcony and the views. It wasn’t very big, but ok for the 4 of us Staff was very friendly, just a few times we couldn’t really communicate well
Foodwise we would have liked a few more Kids options for our picky eater. The first night he only found a piece of dry bread to eat. (Butter would have been also nice to have in the evening). We also found it strange that for breakfast there was no fresh fruit, only at the dinner buffet. The main pool could be warmer, or the kids area bigger, as everyone with kids is in there because of the warmer water. Lots of infos about activities, information about the hotel, etc was announced only in hungarian. I think in a 4* hotel one could expect that a few international guests will come, and put up at least english translations.
CZVynikající snídaně; všeho bylo dostatek, chutné. Krásná lokalita.
Děti dělají mnoho povyku, i večer se honí a křičí po chodbách hotelu. Škoda jen, že si je rodiče nesrovnají.

Der Balkon war leider sehr dreckig. Haben das Frühstück,wie viele schreiben, jetzt nicht sehr außergewöhnlich gefunden.
HUMinden szempontból gyerekbarát szálloda, a kerti játszóterek, játszószobák, medencék, gyerekfoglalkozások fantasztikusak. Isteni a konyha, finom és választékos ételeket kínáltak.
A kihúzható kanapé, amin a gyerekek aludtak elég kicsi (keskeny és rövid) volt, lehetne nagyobb és kényelmesebb.
