Everything ! There’s a guard safe neighborhood, receptionist , good rooms , everything was neat and clean !!! I just love it

The fact that we were late for breakfast starts at 6:00 am and ends at 10:00 , we arrived 15 minutes late(due to a misunderstanding) yet the didnt try to do something for us but overall amazibg !!!

Alles wie immer sehr freundlich, gut, wunderbar, DANKE!

In der Dusche geht es mind. 10 Min, bis warm Wasser kommt, wenn es dann da ist, ist die Dusche herrlich! Es geht mir hier um den enormen Wasserverlust, das wäre wichtig mal die Wasserwege vom Tank zum Ziel zu checken und zu schauen was optimiert werden kann!

This was my second stay at Hotel Villa Los Candiles, and once again, it exceeded all expectations. The hotel is wonderfully quiet, the rooms are spacious, and the bed is incredibly comfortable, I slept like a rock! What truly sets this place apart is the staff. Olga and Arlen in the restaurant are exceptional. Their warmth, attention to detail, and genuine effort to make every guest feel at home is something you rarely find. They made each meal feel special and personal. I came back because of how great my first stay was and this visit just confirmed it: Villa Los Candiles is a true gem. I’ll definitely return again.
