"In short, the stay was ok for the price and timeframe, but improvements are required."

The room being near the elevator and on the first floor was convenient.

The curtains were very torn and damaged. The beds were two different heights and softnesses/springinesses. The bathroom smelled like someone had smoked in it before I arrived and the smell returned after it was cleaned.
