Royal Mansour Marrakech

This is literally the best hotel in the world. Superior in every way. Elevated service, elegant settings, attentive service, and thoughtful design make the Royal Mansour a standout !

The hotel was beautiful and impeccably clean, but the real magic is the staff. Every person we met went above and beyond what you’d expect, even at a hotel of this caliber. We were lucky enough to have Fathallah as our butler; he is attentive, personable, and worked tirelessly to make our experience memorable. I can’t speak highly enough of him and wish I could give him a 10-star rating!

Our family stayed in a 2 bedroom riad and everything about the experience far exceeded our expectations. The riad was dreamy with a fountain and rooftop pool and a butler to handle any needs you may have…..from making reservations, transportation and coffee in the morning…. and even a set fire on a chilly night. I have stayed in many beautiful places around the world but I think this was the best and I would recommend you stay long enough so you don’t miss any part! From the wonderful breakfast, to the piano bar cocktails, to the spa, to the pool and even to the artists conservatory. It is perfection!

Spectacularly beautiful with exceptional service…they make you feel like royalty! Every aspect of the hotel and your stay is so precisely thought out and executed. Every day we returned to our Riad with a new surprise waiting for us. We wouldn’t change a thing and feel so lucky to have stayed at the Royal Mansour.

We know the hotel is very good, but didn’t expected the transfer from the airport would be soo good ( essential oil for greeting, beautiful big car, fast track). A surprise for us were tokens for the Yves Saint Laurent garden, which allowed us to skip the line at any time as VIPs.

I recently enjoyed a high tea at the Royal Mansour in Marrakech, and it was a truly lovely experience. The atmosphere was elegant yet relaxed, and the service was warm and attentive. The selection of sweets and savory bites was impressive, with plenty of options to choose from. I especially appreciated that the portions were not too large, which made it easy to try a bit of everything without feeling overwhelmed. Everything I tasted was delicious — beautifully prepared and full of flavor. The only downside for me was the coffee, which I didn’t find very good. Luckily, the rest of the high tea more than made up for it. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Marrakech.

In over 30 years of luxury travel this is arguably the most luxurious Resort and service levels I have ever experienced. Pictures don’t do it justice. The Riads are impeccably designed and decorated. The staff, including dedicated butler, catered to our every whim. The dining, spa, pool and cooking class facilities were all fantastic. Highly recommended!
