Price is INR 5000 Plus Taxes per adult and INR 2500 Plus Taxes per child without Extra Bed and INR 6500 Plus Taxes per child with Extra Bed (6 to 12 years). 2. Gala Dinner 31st Dec Mandatory Gala Dinner for all in-house guest INR 10000 plus Taxes per adult. INR 5000 Plus Taxes per child without Extra Bed and INR 9000 Plus Taxes per child with Extra Bed (6 to 12 years). Please Note : Applicable Mandatory Celebration Dinner Charges are Not Included in Room Charges and are additionally payable In Advance to the hotel by contacting the Hotel Directly within 48 Hours of Booking to avoid auto cancelation and such cases will be Non Refundable. Check In Will be Denied for bookings wherein Mandatory Charges are Not Paid in Advance. "Nothing less than fabulous"

Excellent staff , we were here 14 days and they made me feel like home nothing more nothing less, from Anita at front office to Pawan Singh and Ritik in housekeeping , special mention to Shivam and Meet to bring me food in room dining, the experience was more than fabulous and fantastic

The property is very nice

I had paid premium for private jacuzzi but it was not working and the staff over there didn’t bother to fix it or give me an update or compensate me for the same. Even in my room, water was dripping from the top.

"Serene"

The place is serene and beautiful... They have Huge swimming swimming pool which operates till 6pm. Restaurant serves good food + they have room service facility. Buffet breakfast had a huge spread

Less activities. Check-in time wasn't adhered. Accurate information should be provided by the receptionists wrt to dining and facilities

The location is great; you have the backwaters as well as the beach located within the property. My family enjoyed the swimming pool.

I booked a room with a Jacuzzi. Surprise, surprise, the Jacuzzi wasn't working at all. I had to call the reception to get it repaired by then; 1 day had already passed. The LaLiT Resort & Spa Bekal rates itself as a 5-star, they couldn't make sure that everything was working in the room before we arrived. Breakfast was below average first day; especially the vegetables were stale. Lalit requested what can be done to compensate for the inconvenience caused to us. We requested an extra night, which seemed reasonable as we couldn't enjoy the facilities in the room for a day. They took hours to check and were not even proactive to update me about their decision. I had to call them multiple times to get an answer. What a pathetic way to take care of the guests. After hours they told us that they cannot accommodate our request, which was very weird. I have stayed in other 5-star hotels & resorts, and they go out of their way to delight the guests when things go wrong. Lalit couldn't even accommodate such a small request.
