The room was cozy and clean.

Yikes the smell of the refinery was horrible, and filtered into the room. The noise from the train was shocking, so loud. The area was sketchy, didn’t feel comfortable walking my pup.

Danielle. She is unforgettable! Most informative person I have ever met in Canada. And very kind to me. Went out of her way to make sure I had breakfast.

Wished we were able to partake of the breakfast. Didn’t realize it wasn’t available after 9:00.

Just say NO at any price. Worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. Although the hotel was by the train tracks that didn't bother me at all. But the attached nightclub "thumped" from 10-2:30 AM and the very noisy patrons spilled out into the driveway. Street racing and dragging. If you DON'T like sleeping, I highly recommend the visit! Grrr. On the other hand, the continental breakfast was NOTHING. The only low carb food to have was the coffee - everything had a ton of sugar, from the cereal to the juice. Add the GG cookies and the candy dish. Very anti-diabetic and unhealthy. Rooms were just OK but need some maintenance and updating. Remember, the power outlet by the table is SWITCHED with the light so don't leave an item plugged in to be charged because it won't. Parking lot was across the street and I should have clued in to the problems when at check-in the attendant said they had security drive by every 30 minutes along with CCTV cameras and lighting to discourage issues.

Took front desk staff several minutes to appear. I had to ring the bell numerous times and even call out for someone. Room was clean however sink could have been better and no plug. For the price it was adequate for 1 night layover. May use the hotel again

Location was great, very clean, staff were super, very helpful, bed was good.

More upkeep and maintenance on the building its self would keep this place going for awhile yet. Needs painting, and some little things to brighten up the joint. Looks like some issues that I saw will eventually close it down. Don't let it happen if you want to stay open.

Hotel is very old, outdated and not well kept . Not worth the cost , needs huge renovation. Parking across the road . In very ghetto location. Price doesn’t match accommodations . Bar attached so Drunk people outside talking till 2am, have to turn old a/c to draw out noise .

Cost. It was reasonable for what we got. The room was big and the beds were comfortable. It was clean.

The woman at the front desk was pleasant.

Did not know this was the shady part of town, I had a trailer and they assured me the security guy would 'keep an eye on it'. Room had obvious signs of neglect, trust the other bad reviews. I stayed for about 15 minutes to book another hotel and I left.
