Being Kempinski was the best experience for us.My family enjoyed being here The playroom attendants Sheila and Jamie are the best.They are so professional and respectful they would always play and interact with the kids in a homely way.The best day was during the birthday party for our son.They were there to offer the assistance and games for the kids.Playroom is the best place to be.

Excellent Staff and great hotel with pool and gym that work well. Very well situated location and access to many eating places.

The Kempinski is a great place to stay. What makes it an amazing experience is the front desk staff, Kenneth especially. His greetings always make you feel welcome and he remembers your name. He literally makes you feel like you matter, not just as a guest, but a friend. Top notch customer service 2nd to none.

We had an amazing stay, celebrating my daugher second birthday! The staff were welcoming, professional and friendly. A special Thanks to Mr Kenneth & Ms Siham. I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the staff and personnel of the Kempinski. I have lived at the Kempinski for over four years, and the management has done an excellent job in selecting the right people for their team. I am always greeted with a warm smile that makes me feel right at home. Recently, I had a serious accident at work and underwent surgery for a ruptured patella. After my surgery, the staff sent me a thoughtful “get well” fruit basket and note. It may seem like a small gesture, but it meant the world to me. I am especially grateful to my housekeepers, the IT team, front desk staff, valet parking attendants, and bellmen. I have never experienced hospitality quite like what I receive here at the Kempinski. I want to extend special thanks to Michael, my former housekeeper, who did an outstanding job and whose recent promotion I am thrilled about. My current housekeepers, Ariful and Suhaira, know exactly what I need and are both incredibly kind and professional. I would also like to thank Sarah, the housekeeping manager, who always ensures that everything is taken care of. To IT specialist Mohammad Suleman, thank you for always being so responsive—whenever I have any technical issues, you are there within minutes. Finally, I would like to express my utmost respect and appreciation to the following people: Ms. Chau, Krishna, Nizam, Niranjan, Prakash, Nihel, Ouiam, Siham, Khendy, Maneesh, and Marwane. They are all exceptionally professional and consistently go above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and ensure that my experience here is the best it can be. I highly recommend this amazing hotel, which truly meets all your needs.

Kempinski West Bay is the best choice! I live here for 1 and a half years and I can't live anywhere else after experiencing this hotel. The facilities are amazing, the staff are unbelievably polite, specially Rajim (housekeeping's supervisor) and all his team! Security, front desk, gym and pool staff, they are all wonderful! They are good person and good behaviour and clean cleaning very good specially Annet, Dhan and Emily.and also I am so happy with supervisor Sarrah for checking sng making sure all is well is our suite and for being anytime available for us.
