The pool was unclean until the day before we were supposed to leave. However, the water was too cold to swim anyway. Overall, this hotel was great. The air conditioner was very cold (just the way we like it). We did not eat the breakfast because we didn't want to wake up.

Around the toilet was unclean and hair was on several locations in the restroom. I do understand because I have worked in this industry before, but the restroom could have been a little cleaner. Everything was great overall.

0/10 – Absolutely Unacceptable and Unhygienic Check-in was easy and the staff was polite, which is the only positive thing I can say. I was first assigned Room 218, which had what appeared to be human feces in and around the toilet. This is beyond unacceptable. I immediately requested another room and was moved to Room 214, which was just as disturbing. There appeared to be substances splashed on the walls, and I personally used a glove and Clorox wipes near the bed, where there was visible splatter. That alone says everything. It was extremely late, and I felt unsafe and disgusted. I slept on top of the covers, fully clothed, and did not attempt breakfast the next morning. I will never stay here again. This experience was unsanitary, distressing, and completely unacceptable for any hotel, at any price point. I am requesting a full refund and honestly feel a comp at another hotel is warranted. Something needs to be done—this should never happen to a paying guest.

First off Front desk , Mrs . Felicia I remember because we made sure we got her name correct by asking her name about 20 times. FELICIA was awesome from start to finish! Not the normal customer service we’ve ever experienced in any other hotel .

The smallest thing was my husband and I couldn’t figure out where the ceiling fan switch was about 1am Sunday morning.
