The amazing staff, great breakfast, and affordability.

The pillows were so uncomfortable. We woke up several times during the night by how uncomfortable and flat the pillows are.

Awful experience all around. I can’t believe how high the reviews are for this property. It’s a 2 star at best. The website noted “renovations in the lobby.” What I experienced was a construction zone. A man got on a ladder to paint over my head as I was trying to check in. The air was full of drywall dust and the lobby was covered in tarps. Luckily I didn’t want the breakfast because I was told “I don’t know where we’ll put it maybe a conference room? Check for signs tomorrow.” After returning from our event I stopped at the “store” to look for allergy meds and talk to someone about the smell in my room but there was no one around at the desk or otherwise. I heard noise from beyond a tarp but didn’t feel safe hunting behind it for staff. The hallway was littered by boxes and televisions and construction. The worst experience was the “suite” we booked. The sheets weren’t on the bed correctly and the zipper increment for the bed bug mattress cover was exposed. Really grossed me out. The bedside table plus and lamp didn’t work. The plug was just laying on the floor and when I plugged it in it didn’t work at all. The entire room smelled like an ashtray despite being non smoking. My suitcase still reeks of smoke. It clung to all of our clothing. The microwave was black and burned inside. The bathroom was dingy, moldy, grimy. The tub dripped all night long. The entire room was dirty, smelly, and dingy. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever experienced. I brought my issues up to staff and they said someone would contact me. They didn’t. I reached out on the website. Same story. I finally got a response on social media where they told me “respectfully we cannot offer a refund. The renovations were noted on the website.” I didn’t ask for a refund I wanted anyone at Hilton to act like they care about their property and the fact they charged full price for this property despite the state of the hotel and the room. But now that I have a chance to reflect, I would like a partial refund. Being a Hilton member and Amex holder means nothing to this company. Thanks for the birthday trip and the awful customer service, Hilton. I’d book elsewhere if looking in the area.

Location wsa good.

The hotel was under contruction it was hard to meet my family I had to use our hotel room for the meeting place.

Decent space with bedroom, living room and kitchen space. Able to work or relax in one room and sleep in the other. Under extensive interior construction—now on first floor. Only one elevator—sometimes inconvenient. Well located. No daily maid service. Decent breakfast. Quiet location with easy access. Accepts pets.

There was construction going on that we did not know about that interfere with our stay as well as the comfort of the beds were very not comfortable

Very nice, clean and enjoyable

We have stayed there a number of times, and it is in a nice location. The breakfast is very good. Even though the hotel as doing major renovations they did a good job to not impact the guests.

Very friendly staff, hotel is updating the property to keep it nice - looks great. Nice amenities, good breakfast buffet, nice little market area in the lobby for drinks and snacks, etc. Rooms are spacious and nicely equipped with everything you need.

Great stay the only critique is that we stayed during a renovation but overall very nice.

Our whole hallway smelled from renovation activities. Wish we knew that was likely before making reservations.
