"Tolles und gemütliches Familienhotel"

Die Lage ist ideal. Es ist viel los rund um das Hotel und trotzdem waren die Zimmer ruhig. Das Personal war super aufmerksam und freundlich. Auch die Kommunikation vor der Anreise war top. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen, wenn es uns nach Leipzig verschlägt.

Es gab nichts zu meckern.

Kein Lift! Unser Zimmer war m 4. Stock. Keine Klimaanlage, Fenster öffnen ging nicht da es in dieser Straße wegen fehlender Nachtruhe sehr lange laut ist.

Sehr nahe am Zentrum Parkplatz ideal

Der Zimmerservice lässt zu Wünschen. Kaffee wurde nicht täglich nachgefüllt auch nach Rücksprache wurde kein Kaffee aufgefüllt, dafür eine Flasche Wein bekommen und Handtücher ausgewechselt…?! nur das Bett gemacht
